General Information

• The Cold Water Swims are taking place from 1st to 25th April 2024.

• ​You will need to set up a Meg Pool Account and buy credits in order to  book onto a session.  Sign up for a pool account here

• If you are new to Cold Water Swimming or have not attended an Adult Swim at Meg Pool before please attend one of the Induction sessions.

• There is NO LIFEGUARD  PRESENT at the Cold Water Adult Swim sessions.  For safety there must be a MINIMUM of 3 SWIMMERS for the session to open.

Induction Sessions

• Induction Sessions are  taking place at the START of the Adult swim sessions listed below.  They will last for approximately 15 minutes and you will be able to swim afterwards.

• Please book onto one of these sessions to take part in the Induction.

• The Tuckshop will be OPEN during the Induction Sessions
